Thesis- Christians Should Want To Build Up Their Church
I. Why?
A. To spread the Gospel.
B. To grow in faith and knowledge.
C. To bring others to Christ.
D. To bring glory to God.
II. How?
A. Look for ways to encourage and praise others. Building someone else up is in turn glorifying God.
B. Be involved in the church. Examples: youth leader, worship team, planning committee, etc.
C. Don’t be just a Sunday Christian. Live everyday as an example to others.
D. Read the Bible, research your questions, pray.
III. What is the end result?
A. Unity in the church.
B. Christians that are strong in their beliefs.
C. Christians that are examples to others in their everyday lives.
D. Glorifying God.
I’m not exactly sure where I want to put this last part (maybe the conclusion). If you have any ideas please comment. Thanks.
We will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love. Ephesians 4:15-16

This is very well thought through in my opinion, Kara. Consider me convinced!
Thanks Rachel :D !
good job! :-0
How about this: Make your answers to "Why?" your primary outline and build all your other thoughts ("How?" and "End result") under that outline. This might make the rifle shot more focused as well as making this easier to write.
